MISSION
To Toot is a company built to provide high quality services to businesses and individual clients within the mental health, substance abuse, and residential communities. To Toot is set up to utilize the variety of skills used by qualified mental health professionals, administrative personnel and counselors to increase client productivity, treatment and resources to produce high quality results in treatment productivity. To Toot mission is to take Time Out To Open Opportunities Together for businesses to expand treatment opportunities to clients and clients more opportunities to receive treatment and ultimately expand resources and services. To Toot’s core values are: Safety, Communication, Teamwork, Relationships, Wellness. To Toot will utilize the skills of master level administrative personnel, qualified mental health professionals and counselors to open and extend opportunities for treatment around Missouri and surrounding regions.
Vision
TO TOOT (Time Out To Open Opportunities Together) is a company based out of the Saint Louis Region of Missouri started in 2021 to help create opportunities for the people of our community to get treatment for mental health, substance abuse, physical or intellectual disabilities to help our community heal. We partner with other businesses and treatment facilities in the community dedicated to their clients and whom share the same goal to help our community build and heal. To see our people out in the community receiving and benefiting from services that empower and help take control of ones life physically and mentally.

Safety
TO TOOT believes if you have a safe place to work then you have a productive place to work. We educate and utilize safety out in the community at all times. We believe to be safe you have to evaluate, educate and enforce.
Communication
With successful communication here at TO TOOT we can better understand people and situations. Communication helps with respecting one to understanding different diversities or situations. With good communication we can understand the task, to be able to communicate effectively with the necessary information. Our communication helps us build trust to ultimately build relationships.

We value our partners and clients in the community and we rely heavily on referrals from the our community. We work diligently with other networks and providers to help create and open new services. With team work TO TOOT can work at new tasks and improve productivity through shared tasks and services.

Relationships help us out of tough times. We feel that relationships go further than just business it becomes partnerships. Wellness
Our goal at TO TOOT is to help our community heal and build through wellness. We feel that providing and creating different opportunities for business to provide needed treatments and medical supplies to our people in the community will help to create healthier individuals one by one. Our goal has started one by one , but as we build a network through safety, communication, teamwork and relationships and wellness our community will be healthier, stronger and better to improve our enviornment.
